4. How We Store Data

IMPORTANT: SkillsDecoder does not permanently store participant data on our servers.

• Temporary Processing Only: Participant information is processed in real-time to generate documents
• Not Stored: We do not maintain a database of participant information
• Encrypted Transmission: All data is transmitted via SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS)
• Local Storage: User profiles and settings may be stored locally in your browser's localStorage for convenience

Uploaded Files:

• Files uploaded for profile template processing are temporarily stored on our server
• Files are deleted immediately after processing
• Files are not retained or backed up

5. Who We Share Data With

Anthropic (API Provider):

• Participant information is transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API for document generation

• Anthropic does not train on data submitted via the API

No Other Third Parties:

• We do not sell participant data
• We do not share data with marketing companies

You have the right to know what data we process about participants. Since we do not permanently store data, there is no historical data to access.

Right to Deletion:

Since participant data is not permanently stored, it is automatically deleted after processing.

Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy of information entered into SkillsDecoder before document generation.

Browser Data:

Data stored in your browser's localStorage (profiles, settings) can be cleared at any time using your browser's settings or by clicking "Clear Profile" within SkillsDecoder.

IMPORTANT: Organizations using SkillsDecoder are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from participants before entering their personal information into the platform.

We recommend organizations:

• Inform participants that their data will be processed through an AI platform
• Explain how data will be used (document generation)

• Provide participants with copies of generated documents
